We offer weekly one hour group mentoring sessions for up to 16 Autistic students in both primary and secondary schools. Our primary school program I CAN Imagination Club® is for students aged 9-12 who have learning differences or experience social anxiety who may/may not have an Autism diagnosis – students with big imaginations!

As a response to the COVID-19 pandemic, I CAN Network has increased the spaces available in our national online group mentoring program. We want to ensure our Autistic kids and teenagers experience connection, belonging and self-esteem during this period of extraordinary disruption. Our staff have been the young people we serve: Autistic young people are our top priority.

Many Autistic young people have experienced education as a system which focuses on their challenges, not necessarily their strengths. I CAN mentoring programs change the paradigm: we leverage the strengths and interests of Autistic students to build their confidence. Our results suggest our approach is working.

You must pay a $85 biometric service fee for each person applying to remove conditions on their residence on the same form. Use our Fee Calculator to help determine your fee. We will reject forms submitted with incorrect or incomplete fees.

You may pay the fee with a money order, personal check or cashier’s check. When filing at a USCIS lockbox facility, you may also pay by credit card using Form G-1450, Authorization for Credit Card Transactions. If you pay by check, you must make your check payable to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Service centers are not able to process credit card payments.

When you send a payment, you agree to pay for a government service. Filing and biometric service fees are final and non-refundable, regardless of any action we take on your application, petition, or request, or if you withdraw your request.

Please do not submit this checklist with your Form I-751. It is an optional tool to use as you prepare your form, but does not replace statutory, regulatory, and form instruction requirements. • An explanation for the reason you are filing separately from your primary conditional permanent resident parent (if applicable);
• Dispositions on criminal charges, arrests, or convictions (if applicable);and
• If you are filing from outside of the United States because you, your spouse, or your stepparent is residing outside of the United States on U.S. military or government orders:
  • Two passport-style photographs for each petitioner and dependent, regardless of age
    • Two completed Form FD- 258 Fingerprint Cards for each petitioner and dependent 14 to 79 years of age; and
    • A copy of current military or government orders.

If you are filing an individual request because of the death of the petitioning spouse or stepparent, did you provide the following?
